Fujipoly’s Zebra® 1002 Elastomeric Connector, offered with silicone rubber supports, make it possible for engineers to make a reliable electrical connection between a printed circuit board and an LCD display without the need to incorporate an additional holder. The low deflection force, non-conductive supports are available on either one or both sides of the standard .020” (.050mm) wide conductive element.

The unique carbon-filled and non-conductive silicone layered construction provides 240 conductors per inch and can accommodate applications with LCD contact spacing of .010” (0.25mm). The Fujipoly Zebra® 1002 elastomeric connector offers a current carrying capacity of 50 mA per .040” x .040” pad and can be ordered in custom lengths up to 9" (228.6 mm).
