Fujipoly Showcases PG150A in Thermal Live Demo Virtual Event

On May 7, 2025, Fujipoly participated in a Thermal Live Demo virtual session titled “PG150A: The Cutting Edge in High Performance Thermal Interface Materials”. The presentation began at 11:15 AM and introduced attendees to Fujipoly’s next-generation TIM solution.

During the live demonstration, our applications engineering team highlighted the unique characteristics of PG150A, a high-performance thermal interface material designed to provide superior heat transfer in demanding environments. The session covered how PG150A delivers excellent thermal conductivity, maintains mechanical compliance, and offers reliability across a wide range of applications.

Highlights from the demo included:

  • Performance benchmarks comparing PG150A with conventional thermal materials.

  • Insights into how the material balances high conductivity with ease of assembly.

  • Application examples in electronics, power modules, and automotive systems.

  • Q&A opportunities where participants engaged directly with Fujipoly engineers.

The event was led by James Paydo, Sales Engineer at Fujipoly America Corp.’s Customer Engineering Resource Center (CERC). A graduate of San Jose State University, James brings over 10 years of experience in thermal interface solutions and has worked extensively with customers across industries to solve complex heat management challenges.

The Thermal Live Demo gave engineers and designers an in-depth look at how PG150A can solve complex heat management challenges, reaffirming Fujipoly’s commitment to advancing material science for next-generation electronics.
